This website
The apatesecurity.com website is built in-house. It loads no third-party code libraries and no web fonts - it uses your device's own system fonts. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, and form messages are delivered by Web3Forms; those services operate under their own terms.
Apate Security for Windows
The desktop app is built with Python and includes the open-source components listed below. Each one remains under its own license. The full license texts are installed with the app (THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt in the installation folder) and can also be downloaded here: third-party notices (text file).

Not included: Npcap, the Windows packet-capture driver used for live capture, is a separate product. You install it from npcap.com under its own license, which is free for up to five installations.
Source code
Where a license requires it, we provide the corresponding source code. Scapy (GPL-2.0) is included unmodified - its source is available at github.com/secdev/scapy. The FFmpeg library bundled with OpenCV (LGPL-2.1) is included unmodified - its source is available at github.com/opencv/opencv_3rdparty. You can also request a copy of either from info@apatesecurity.com.
